"Great hotel to stay when flying to or from São Paulo"

"We had a short overnight stay and this hotel was good. Limited shuttle times as it’s a distance from the airport. The breakfast buffet was varied and we were able to grab some fruit before our early departure."

"Embora o local seja limpo e muito perto do aeroporto eu jamais ficaria aqui de novo por duas razoes 1. Não da pra dormir. O barulho é simplesmente horrivel e alto demais, de carros, caminhoes e muita buzina a noite toda, e 2. O shuttle pra levar ate o aeroporto nunca esta disponível, eles nao tem vans o suficiente e voce precisa pagar Uber ou Taxi, que me custou para 5 minutos (Porque é literalmente ali o aeroporto) R$ 100 Ou seja. não recomendo."

"Staff is horrible. I called asking if there was any chance of checking in a little earlier. The guy who answered was very rude. When I asked for a manger I was left on hold for more then 10 min. After that they sent me a message stating the rules per government regulation in São Paulo. Zero courtesy. Will never stay or recommend again "

"Very basic accommodation for a night stay close to the airport. The responses to messages was very quick and helpful. Room and bathroom basic but OK. The soap in the dispenser in the bathroom was so watered down it was ridiculous. "

"The only thing is when I booked through Expedia I wasn't able to pay and could only reserve and it would have been better to pay immediately because I was buying for someone else who didn't have a Credit card and when they arrived they had to call me in the middle of the night to arrange payment and that wa difficult because I was on a different time zone and it was 2am my time"

"Decía en la reserva desayuno Continental y solo me dieron café y pan . Y luego pedí 2 aguas y me cobraron 66 reales , fue en abuso . No saben hablar español. Y solo dicen eso debe y ya . Fue excesivo 66 reales por dos aguas es como pagar 265 pesos . "
