The hotel is clean and nice, but we were surprised that there was no refrigerator in the room, especially since it can be warm during the day. "Nice and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were quiet and kitchenette had just enough things in it. Tram within 2 minutes' walk makes everything easily accessible if you don't fancy a 30 minute stroll along the nice riverside path into the centre. The room floor was very slippery though - had to move the mats from beside the bed as they slid rapidly towards the window / wardrobe on getting out of bed. I also slipped on the bathroom floor banging my head. "
