"My wife and i stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary, Monday to today. Excellent staff in particular Reception, Noel & Cheys in Brasserie. Btw the back area needs a few cobwebs cleaning around glass panels, a little off-putting but no big deal. Food excellent, views suberb. Boat trips, Aquarium and steam train on the doorstep. "We had a two night stay at this hotel. Overall was very pleasant. But we did find that pillows were very firm. And all of seating was rather low, considering the average age of guest including ourselves this was a problem. Otherwise all good"

"Free parking, lovely place, however the room advertised that I booked was not the room we were given, but still a very nice room non the less. 10 minute walk away not the centre for food and drinks, great seating facilities inside and outside of the property with a great view. Overall still very happy with my booking. "
