Avoid

3 power cuts during our stay. One that lasted almost 2 days before we left with the water supply being cut off on the morning of our last day. Room was dark and practically windowless with the window facing a wall of another building. Booked a room with a shared bathroom which was not very clean and often lacked even toilet paper. Also was very loud during the night and early morning with the room being on the ground floor, reception could be heard all the time with people talking loudly, didn't really ever get a full good nights sleep during my stay.

Good hotel close to White Beach

The accommadations was everything we expected and that is was advertised to be. Wifi worked well and a/c and the shower both kept us cozy and comfortable.

Struttura bisognosa di essere ristrutturata, piccola in zona station 1; camere minuscole, bagno con doccia senza parete, quindi ogni volta si allaga, le camere sono su un corridoio, dove passano tutti, quindi privacy zero, la colazione è inclusa , il personale discretamente simpatico , con lo stesso prezzo si trova di meglio in zona.

We were very dissapointed from real place

Photos on hotels.com are not in line with real hotel! La Casa del Boracay looks absolutely different. We are very dissapointed from hotel.com and their presentation of this accomodation. Shared bathroom was not much clean. When we asked hotel for help with transport to port, they told us three times higher price than we have from official servis... I can not recommended this place.

Super Lage und Top Team

Für den Preis ist es schwer etwas besseres zu finden. Ich war in diesem Hotel 9 Nächte lang und hier meine Bewertung: + sehr nettes und hilfreiches Team! + sehr gute Lage (1min zum Strand, Geschäft, Restaurants.. und trotzdem ruhig) + Klima, Kühlschrank und tv im Raum, kaltes und warmes Trinkwasser um sonst + Frühstück ZimmerService + Küche für Eigenzung vorhanden -(+) WiFi extrem langsam, praktisch unbrauchbar. Wenn Sie Urlaub machen, ist es aber gut so!;-)

Convenient accommodation

The staffs were approachable, the room was comfortable, the services were good, and specially the location was the best although they are renovating the other side of the hotel.

Moldy room with terrible smell, will make you sick

Stay away from Room 7 and 6 as both rooms are the worst in the property-smells bad ad you see mold on the walls. The air condition also smells bad whether you turn on or off. These two rooms should be OFF the list so guests don't have to suffer there. If you are one person, the hotel would put you in one of them and telling you the rest is not available when in fact they are vacant. People with asthma should definitely stay away from them. The rate is also not cheap for a room in that bad condition. I won't stay there anymore.

Like a Family to me

The room is pleasing, it makes you feel comfortable, the staff are very friendly, during our stay there, my gastritis occurred making acid re-flux/heart burn at night, my boyfriend asked them if they had a ginger to make me feel relieved the staff said she had a boiled ginger/ or "salabat" and gave it to me for free. Staff are very thoughtful and will treat you like their family

Very disappointing

The room that was assigned to us does not have bathroom, this should have been included on the description on Expedia. Also, it says that there will be a roll over bed, but the room is too small for even another bed. Smell of room is also not clean. And the hotel is not as seen on the picture, you have to get into a very small street corner to find it. I booked for 3 nights but only used 1 night because we cannot stand the room. I had to get another resort to stay.

The aircon was very terrible

We arrive early in the morning and thank you for the early check in but the aircon in the room is not cooling well. It was very noisy that we cannot sleep well. The staff was no t accommodating at all. No sense of urgency.
