Nice guesthouse in the center of town. The rooms are well done with a ton of charecter .Right in the middle of old town with easy walking or tram access.Julian was a very gracious host with a bunch of good locals information. Recommended

Nice hotel

Nice room in a central place. This is not a full service hotel and more of a B&B, but nice and quite place with a large room and nice hosts.

Our host was excellent from the beginning with very prompt responses to our questions and extremely accurate descriptions of how to get to and into the property. Julien was very hopeful throughout our stay and we would definitely stay at his place again when visiting Bordeaux. The property itself is ideally located in a quiet area but with a short walk to everything

Julien, the owner, was great, as was his assistant Rosie. It is a truly excellent location, close to all one would want to see in Bordeaux. It is on a very quiet street, adjacent to some of the main thoroughfares. Breakfast was very acceptable too. And Julien was very willing to share advice on things to do, how to get there etc. We would definitely stay with Julien again.

Our stay in this delightful old building (in the Chambre Quinconces) was wonderful - the location was perfect, in a quiet street despite being so close to the main shopping area and cathedral. The comfortable lounge area and simple but very enjoyable breakfast was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. For us it was the perfect choice and we would love to return if we visit Bordeaux again.

Great location

Two nights in Bordeaux such a lovely town and apartment is an easy walk to most things The only negatives were no air conditioning and our room was downstairs which meant lugging our cases down a narrow staircase, it would be helpful if owner installed lighting on those stairs as it is dangerous at night Valentine the hospitality student was excellent with a smile all the time and nothing was too much trouble Maybe provide English Breakfast tea bags as the Earl Grey are not everyone’s taste We found great restaurants within walking distance La Tiere near the river eas great and reasonably priced I must say our room was a great size just the stairs and air conditioning Thanks again

J’ai eu la chance d’arriver le premier soir et d’avoir l’appartement pour moi, toute seule de grands volumes, une décoration épurée propre, un emplacement idéal pour sortir dans le cœur de Bordeaux, et Monsieur Julien, est juste un hôte super agréable tres avenant pour savoir nos habitudes pour manger etc vraiment je recommande cette établissement, d’ailleurs mes prochains séjour se feront chez eux le prix le lieu tout était génial merci

Bon séjour, emplacement idéal, très propre, personnel très agréable et serviable, seul petit bémol mais cela fait parti du "charme" d'un ancien immeuble , le plancher craque énormément et cela fait un certain bruit quand les gens marchent.

Unico neo nella bellissima Bordeaux

Questo B&B ha questi vantaggi: posizione fantastica (super centrale), proprietari molto disponibili e simpatici. Pulizia generale elevata, arredamento carino e moderno. Di negativo: pavimento rumoroso, il primo che si sveglia ed esce dalla camera, di fatto sveglia tutti gli altri. Colazione basic. A parte questione bagno. Praticamente totalmente a vetri e senza porta. Quindi zero privacy e zero gestione di rumori e odori. Per me veramente inaccettabile ma soprattutto mi chiedo che senso ha proporre una soluzione del genere? a dire il vero la foto del bagno vista con occhio critico e attento, mostra la assenza di alcuna copertura, ma senza leggerlo da nessuna parte, diventa complicato prevedere una cosa così ambigua. sicuramente non ci tornerei e non lo consiglierei.
