Amazing hotel, not in the center, but for us was the best option going out of the city everyday. The valet service was impeccable, rooms are beautiful, the smell in the hotel common areas were sublime, the best option for our stay in Bordeaux.

Stunning

Gorgeous hotel, the interiors are really beautiful and the service from all staff was just as good. We didn't eat here but we enjoyed drinks in the courtyard, and the spa facilities.

Staff was very pleasant and as helpful as they could be. Refrigerator in our room was unplugged and was not cooling which caused all we had there to spoil. We were supposed to receive 2 complimentary drinks upon arrival but no one offered and we did not realize till we checked out. Rooms are very clean, new but a bit tight. great patio, great restaurant and spa.

The building and interior design is beautiful. Within walking distance to Citi Du Vin but a longer walk to main parts of Bordeaux. Staff are very polite and helpful but also quite often forgot our orders

This is a lovely and very modern hotel. Amenities were great (hamam, pool, gym, etc) although we didn't have time to use them. Service was impeccable -- everyone was super attentive -- and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend!
