"The views were beautiful and walking distance to town. The room was clean but our room was unfinished. For example, windows with no curtains and a slider that only had a partial curtain and didn’t fully close. The neighbors got a show every night (and not by choice) Also our water was cut off -twice- but they quickly fixed it. The pool area was hit or miss with too many day-passers drowning the vibe. When you arrive - expect to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. The food was excellent...

"The bartenders, wait staff, concierge, guest arrival services members were impressive and professional. We merely experienced a problem with our access to warm/hot water for showering. After reporting “cold water bathing” as du jour twice in one day, we were relocated to a different room—yet the next two rooms were not reflective of our purchased/selected rate, and on the third attempt we were relocated to a room with merely “tepid” temperature of water. "The whole experience was amazing. There are so many amenities that come with your stay that it takes a few days, yes days to understand everything that is available. The staff is amazing. You can ask anyone a question about the property and they either give you the answer or know who to get you too for the answer. My favorite was the pool is open 24 hours. The night swimming was alot of fun."
