"Nous étions dans le « lodge », comprendre petit studio au sous sol de la maison. Étant en partie enterré, ce studio est dans le noir et sent le moisi en permanence. La chambre est un placard dans lequel est inséré le lit (qui touche tous les murs. Le ménage est à désirer (arachnophobes s’abstenir !). Petit déjeuner très correct. Les propriétaires sont sympas mais baissent les bras… ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un rbnb. On a l’impression d’être chez mamie en vacances. Le prix est extrêmement...

"Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was an excellent selection of items with some hot options too. Car park was large and had very easy access. Walk into town took about 6 mins and not too steep at all really. Delightful stay!"

Après réclamation une nouvelle chambre nous a été donnée. Cela ne change rien au fait, que nous avons réservé une chambre dans hôtel ayant toutes les caractéristiques d’un établissement fermé, pas averti que le restaurant était fermé et qu’il fallait se rendre dans un autre établissement pour le petit déjeuner . "Fantastic level of service across the board from desk, dining and ski room. Great location for access to skiing. A rethink of the downstairs area would free up more space for a bar area - quite a lot of the downstairs space wasn't used much, if at all, by guests."

"Auberge in the hills. Mainly a ski resort. Simple metal bunk beds. Shared bath. Bit of a bad smell in the toilets, but that's all. Great water pressure. Nice breakfast."
