Khách sạn Borgo Antico , Monterosso al Mare

"Clean quaint room . Good air conditioning . Small but comfortable . Nice area . Super helpful manager."

"El hotel esta impecable, personal muy amable y la vista soñada. Contemplar que los martes el restaurante no abre y hay que bajar las maletas por escaleras."

"Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!"

"Clean room, hotel good proximity to beach. Bit of a walk uphill but OK. Staff friendly & breakfast was adequate although they need to amend the charge from advertised $10 euro to $15 euro on their website!!"

"Just a fantastic hotel with great views, a great restaurant, pool, access to hiking and free mini bus transportation down and up the hill to Monterosso. Beach is nice, easy access to train and I highly recommend taking the boat ride with Stefano who you will find in the marina. Great hotel, very clean."

"Very convenient location"

"Nice hotel, great views and varied breakfast. Close to Monterosso, but a steep uphill road if you want to walk. They do have a shuttle once an hour to and from Monterosso, which drops you close to the train station. There is a trail right from the hotel to Levanto, with beautiful views. Would stay there again."

"We felt..special. The land, sea, rolling green hills, church bells, birds; a true haven of quiet retreat. Exceptional morning buffet! Transportation & communication impeccable. Accommodations very lovely. A special thanks to Anita (sp?) for bringing the family history and sculptures/art alive! And Pier (?), we selected one of your recommendations, Osteria Tumelin, for our farewell seafood lunch. Bravo! We’ll be back & will recommend you!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Penseone Sorriso, the staff were pleasant and very helpful, Avelina, Matteo and Wesly. The location is perfect it's nearby the train station. The Breakfast were great too. Highly recommended."

"Beautiful place with excellent breakfast, Doable without a car, although the shuttle hours are limited. Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff (Sam)."

"A good choice in Levanto. Property and staff are very nice and ready to assist. The shuttle service is 10/10. Always there and ready in good time. Rooms are nice but the bathrooms are really dated. Easy walk to the train station if you’re home base for the Cinque Terre is Levanto, which I would highly recommend."

"The hotel is very central to everything and a short walk from the beach. Hotel provides fresh beach towels upon request and the staff was incredibly helpful. Marina went above and beyond helping with the last minute reservations and recommendations. The shower in our room had an unpleasant odor upon checking in and Marina addressed it within minutes and made sure the rest of our stay was as pleasant as possible. Towels warmer in the bathroom was a nice addition. The breakfast was pretty basic...

"Nous avons eu toutes les explications nécessaires et réponses à nos questions. De plus, l’hôtel nous offre des vélos pour la journée!!"

"There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. A local helped us call the manager who gave us instructions for the keypad which was in a different building. We had a misunderstanding about the price because I believed that I had booked it in Canadian dollars but it was in Euros, and...

"Exquisite place to stay"

"Right in the middle of the Cinque Terre. Easy acres to the trails towards Manarola and Vernazza. Beautiful garden. The hot tub was awesome after long hikes. Honestly, if we could give 6 stars we would."

"Great view with nice rooms! Remote and peaceful."

"The quintessential charm of Cinque Terre. Beautiful balcony view. Most comfortable bed on our trip this far. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were helpful and friendly. Highlight of our trip."
