"1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help. 2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. "This is a very fine modern hotel located in the heart of Kota Kinabulu. We particularly appreciated the fact that it was a short walk to the restaurant row on the waterfront which offered outdoor seating and a variety of cuisines."
