Just one downside, there’s a Karaoke/pub at level 2 so some rooms got a free (off-key) lullabies from 10am to 2am but hey, I rather that than other noises. "Its a good place to say quietly that away from noisy places. Staff there is nice. Comfy stay and has free parking area. The wifi, Air-cond and hot shower is very good. The only thing I noticed this hotel don't provide kettle but its not a big problem. The surrounding have food courts like seafood restaurant, etc and nearby got bank and Choice Daily (supermarket)."

"I admit was my mistake make booking suppose stay on 10th to 12th June but wrong booked on 11th untill 13th. Drop a message to the Hotel and keep calling from morning till afternoon without respond. So seeking Expedia customer service and was a same result that hotel no pick up. So ibforce myself to make one more night booking and few minutes the hotel call me. "Good location, 10 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from Kuching waterfront and 5 minutes from Aeon Mall, thus easily accessible to most places. However, the hotel did not provide slippers for all 3 nights of our stay, saying that there is no stock and still waiting for a new supply!"
