"The room is spacious. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is awsome."

"Very great location, friendly staff and nice rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good too"

"Probably is the newest hotel in the area. Very new both inside and outside. The infinity pool is a huge plus. The morning breakfast has variety of food, both perfect for western culture and local culture."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Kuching. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. From the reception counter to the front entrance, the staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that some noise from the ongoing renovation works could occasionally be...

"Excellent AC in room. Room described on here as "sea view" turns out to be "partial sea view", which is the description used on the hotel's own website. Staff very good, especially in restaurant which has a separate vegan menu with some good options. Some evidence that maintenance has suffered, such as a missing tile on pool and water leaking through to children's pool. Water leaking from toilet handle in room. Signs direct to a spa that no longer exists."

"大自然の中にあるラグジュアリーなホテルが最高でした。"

"Very conveniently located at the Kuching Waterfront. It can get noisy because of festivities at the nearby temple including drums and firecrackers. There are a lot of stairs especially if you stay on the second floor and no elevators. It’s a historic property so it lacks the amenities of a hotel. For short stays up to a week."

"Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are lovely - clean and spacious, perfect crisp sheets and soft towels! Pool is large enough for swimming whilst others are playing games. Good vegan choices - and chef was helpful in finding/recommending options. Convenient for the airport and Miri centre by Grab. "

"Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Was probably beautiful in the past but could definitely use maintenance and a deep cleaning."

"Professional staff. Very well taken care of"

"This Aparthotel is quite good and staff are helpful. Cleanliness of guest room is ok. Food varieties of Breakfast is limited."

"Room is a bit small but new and clean. Bathroom floor is slippery if not careful."

"Loved my stay at Ranee. Great location, amazing and friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Wish I could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again if I am lucky enough to return to Kuching. Thank you to all the staff at Ranee. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic city!"

"Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean "

"Basement parking is stink. Breakfast was okay & can be improved. The pool needs to be maintained and service"

"Overall, had a pleasant stay. However, only two complimentary bottles of water were provided per day, additional water bottle are chargeable. A water dispenser would be a great addition to improve the guest experience."
