"Always a great hotel and my first pick whenever I go to the Netherlands. On this trip I had 4 separate stays at this hotel. My platinum status was acknowledged 3 times and I was upgraded twice. At my 2nd stay the lady at the front desk apparently did not know free upgrade was a thing for Expedia platinum members. As it was only a one night stay I thought it not worth the hassle. Fortunately the other times this was no problem at all.

"The location is fairly far from the city but has easy access to transit to get you anywhere. The hotel also has a shuttle service free for Hyatt members. It takes you to the airport. There is a fee without the membership.
There are no microwaves in the rooms but there is one in the lobby. It wasn’t working the last few days we stayed but things like that happen. No biggie. They also have a water tap in the lobby which can save you a fortune on water.

"The hotel was absolutely gorgeous - my room had everything I needed and anything I didn’t have they were happy to provide. All the staff were extremely helpful and I’d like to thank Victor and Sasha in particular as they checked me in (sorry if I misspelled your names!).
