"When I first arrive the staff who helped me it was pretty kind, the room was kind of clean the carpet looked like dirty, the hot tub wasn't working the pool was open but it was a little dirty, the breakfast it was ok they had cereal bagels juice muffins coffe and some other things, the area of the hotel was pretty calm I would recommend this hotel "

"Very disappointed. The rooms were extremely dirty—I had to change rooms upon check-in due to an unclean kitchen, and the second room was just as bad. There was mold in the bathroom and rust on the bathtub. The rooms look nothing like the photos online. When I reported this at checkout, the front desk showed no apology and seemed to doubt my concerns, even when I had photos. I did not feel taken seriously. I would not recommend this hotel. The only positive is the nearby shops."

"I’ll start with the positive. The staff was friendly, the lobby area was updated and clean, and the breakfast was pretty tasty. The beds were also comfortable. However, the rooms were small and needed some updating. At least half of the floor tiles in the room were cracked. Also, the bathroom was not cleaned well. There were yellow stains on the shower curtain and hair on the bathroom floor (not from us). The TV in the room was old and the picture quality was horrible. There is no pool. "

"Please do not stay at this property. We were “welcomed” by a musty smelling room with no coffee machine, a missing smoke alarm with hanging wires, ripped token blanket and a filthy dirty ceiling in the bathroom. The management is destroying the brand name. I plan to complain to Radison as well."

"The price was right so it’s hard to complain. I can deal with the cosmetic stuff but the mold and ants were a deal breaker. The motel manager who lives there was a bit of a tripper who stares at you every time you go to your car. The pictures of my room tell the story so you can decide. The housekeeping lady is very nice and works hard so keep her in mind when leaving a tip. I like to support local businesses so if they get their act together I might give them another try. "

"Originally the place looked a little sketchy, but the service was very nice and easy to check in and the room was clean. It was quiet too. The breakfast in the morning was something that a mom would put together in a paper bag with 2 of : bananas, tangerines, granola bars, yogurt/spoons, and cookies, but I’d stay again if necessary "

"Since we got to the room , we opened the door and we could smell the room it smelled cleaned , bed sheets smelled sooo good too and they were really like clean , overall everything was perfect except for the elevator , it took forever so we used more the stairs than elevator but I didn’t mind also we didn’t struggle with the parking their was always enough empty spots , overall I will for sure book here this location next time I’m in the area it is well worth it ."

"The staff was amazing, zero issues with checking in and out. As far as the room, it wasn’t dirty but there was a dead/squished mosquito above the door when I walked in, and a dead gnat on one of the towels. And not all of the channels worked on the cable, that was a little weird. I’ve worked in hospitality so I understand these things happen, especially when there’s a lot of plant life nearby. But overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Whatever gentlemen worked front desk March 27th was a lot...
