Hello, we are very sorry for this inconvenince, but In Expedia and in our home page everyone can read the description of this type of Hotel it's an "ALBERGO DIFFUSO", and it is composed by different types of accomodation, and you choosed the triple standard room without view but with a little balcony overlooking the little square. About our staff we are very sorry if you had the impression of not friendly either... we would like to demonstrate that it was an first impression and not true.
