"The check-in process took way too long for a room that I had already pre-paid for online. The receptionist could stand to be a little warmer. The room smelled kind of musty, almost like it had been smoked in even though the hotel is a non-smoking property. The breakfast was pretty standard but they did quickly restock as items ran out."

"The airport shuttle was handy, but the driver did not help with the luggage. When we went to shower, there was no body wash in the container. The new plastic bags for the garbage were left in the room and not put in the garbage bins. We were offered a new room, but that was very inconvenient. The room otherwise was very lovely- the beds were most comfortable, the noise level very acceptable, everything clean, and the coffee, microwave and refrigerator amenities appreciated."

"Pillows are terrible! I usually bring my own (yes,I am a princess with a pea problem) but couldn’t this time. They were like sacks of potatoes. Otherwise, stay was pleasant, staff was great AND the shuttle has helped me numerous times!"

"Please note, you are not permitted to stay here if you are considered a local. Despite not living in the same town, I was not allowed to stay after paying for my room through Expedia. This is something that this facility and Expedia should have identified during my reservation, instead of after letting me pay for it, driving 45 min to the location, and telling me after presenting my ID. My inability to check in disrupted my entire evening and I lost money for a previously planned engagement. The...

"The moment that we walked into the lobby, there was a smell…I would not call it a stench, but I was not a pleasant smell. The rooms were very old and in need of rehabilitation . The mattress had no real support. The towels were more like sandpaper not a nice fluffy towel. The tv did not work properly. The ac had to be turned down to 65 to even blow cold air. The picture in line makes it look like a fabulous hotel. NOT THE CASE! Because of all of the above, we showered and left!"
