"Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."

"It's a beautiful rustic hotel, has everything that you need. A double room is actually a flat, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. Pretty amazing! Also very easy to access all the slopes around. "

"Excellent spa facilities and a lovely position just outside but overlooking Asiago and the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking. Can walk into the town on an (unlit) country track in about 15minutes , longer if by the main road. Comfortable room lacking a fridge and water heater, which would usually be normal for a 4 star hotel. "
