"This was a very nice Hotel. Everyone seemed quite helpful. Rooms are very nice with nice views. However, we were awakened at 3am in the morning because of someone smoking in the room. There was not so much a mention or an apology at checkout. All in all nice place."

"Great, convenient location. Fantastic customer service from the moment we pulled up. Very welcoming concierge and front desk staff. Bellhop was so friendly and helpful. The fitness center is fantastic. And the little touches of espresso and water bottles were nice for our stay. We will be back!"

"Staff were quick to respond to any questions you have. By phone or text which made it nice. Rooms are super clean and location was close by every thing we were wanting to see. Would stay here every time we visit."

"This is the first time staying at one of these properties, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. The room was small, but modern and comfortable. I loved having the bed up against a huge window looking out over the city - a nice touch. The self-check in was new to me, but it was fast and easy. The food at the the rooftop bar was incredible. All and all, I'll definitely be staying here again, and I will look for the same property in other cities going forward if traveling solo."

"The hotel is amazing. The staff was very accommodating. We were having issues with computers and check-in, and they gifted us with a room service compensation. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby and will definitely return.."

"We used it for college visits and drop off. Parking garage is safe, we used Blue Bikes and it is a short drive into the city or Uber ride. Beautiful view of the river. Clean, quiet and friendly."
