Two things that made it less that great… middle of the night fire alarm… really can’t be helped… and the door card only worked one out of 3 or 4 try’s… irritating … likely batteries… no biggies. Breakfast good with a waffle batter dispenser that dispensers… a rarity… Rooms clean, maintenance actively maintaining, desk staff pleasant and efficient!

Housekeeping staff was very pleasant and helpful , same with the front desk staff in the lobby . The only negative I have is that the fire alarm went off three times in a 4 day stay , they were redoing the lobby entrance outside so it was noisy . It is a bit farther from Boston than I anticipated and not super close to Salem either so in future I would plan better to stay in each of those cities separately then stay in the middle of the two . Not a big deal if you have a car but gets pretty expensive taking uber to and from everywhere from this hotel

The room was newly renovated and clean. Linens melt fresh. The pool was closed for repair and there was a lot of maintenance taking place. Such as fire alarms being installed, concrete work out front. There were a lot of maintenance people on every floor. Staff was friendly and breakfast area was clean.

The pool was not working on our stay. Additionally, the outlet in the bathroom was loose. When plugged in the hairdryer, it tripped the power to the whole room. The breakfast was good on day 1. Day 2 had only western style eggs vs plain eggs but otherwise the variety was good. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. The room was comfortable and well temperature. It would have been nice to have dresser drawers available. The bathtub is extremely slippery without having grips on the bottom. Felt a little dangerous.

We booked a king room with sofa bed and had selected the hotel as it had a pool. We were originally assigned a room for 3 people with 1 bed which clearly wasn’t going to work. The staff were excellent and were able to provide a satisfactory solution despite then being unable to provide the room booked. And the pool was unavailable due to the renovations which we did not know about until we arrived. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good too. A great place to stay for a night as we travelled South.

We canceled cause when we got there it looked to be under construction. They had Ethernet lines all over. Pool had been closed for months but they didn’t say anything on their site. I gues they are waiting on the paperwork from the state. Barely any parking with all the construction. I was actually very surprised cause I normally have great experience at Hampton inns. The staff was great though and understanding
