The stay was average. The shower still a lot of hair in it that was from a previous guest. I asked the front desk to ask someone to clean it, calling out the hair, they cleaned my room, changed linens but the hair, still there and noticeable. Upon check out, we realized they had put my second guests parking (asked for it to be pay in and out, not on room) and it was on room. We asked for it to be removed and were made to show receipt for payment out to remove. We did so he said he would just charge one night. We said no, we would just pay upon exit and he said we needed to show our exit receipt to have it removed. You can’t leave the garage without either the card they give or paying so we would not have been able to leave. After he, and the other person argued with us, they called the valet who confirmed what we were saying. They then said it would be removed. Due to “computer issues” they never provided me a receipt and said it would be emailed, still have not received 12 hours after check out.
On a bright side, Steve, who was working Friday and Saturday evening, was an ABSOLUTE JOY!!! Bright light in an otherwise underwhelming check in desk experience.
