I stayed at this property 3 different times during February 2026 up until today. I travel for work and have stayed at different hotels and this, by far is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! My 1st stay, i overlooked some things bc I dont like to complain, house keeping was supposed to come in and restock towels and remove dirty ones, empty trash restock toilet paper, ect. I walked in oneday and had a stack of towels thrown on the couch and dirty towrls just piled up the whole 12 days I stayed. My 2nd stay, i walked in and the noticed the trash from the last ppl that stayed was still there, along with the skid marks left in the toilet! The bodywash in the shower was empty and the soap dispenser was broken. We had a blizzard and lost power(only thing that was not their fault) and management did not bother to check on any of the guests during this time. The sofa, bed and pillows smell like horrendous body oder and extremely uncomfortable. I complained to Joe, the manager and asfyet talking with the GM they offered me a 25% discount for the 1st 3 days of that stay due to the fact that i had to doordash cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom! But, on my
3rd stay, i was told that they could not give me the discount bc I was in the sam room and as soon as i walked in that smell was still there. The avocado pit that i had dropped from my previous stay was still on the ground(i forgot to pick it up while i was cooking), there was no toilet paper, the coffee drops that I spilled was still there.
