I booked this hotel for a 1 night stay since we had to come up from another state for a doctor’s appointment at the hospital. I figured 1 night wouldn’t be a big deal and I did not want to spend too much so I booked with this hotel. Horrible stay, thankfully it was only for 1 night. My room felt old and outdated. Floors had not been cleaned or mopped. There were stains and sticky stuff all over the floor and bathroom wall. Room was hot. Refrigerator did not work. Bathroom was dirty, shower looked like it had not been cleaned, also outdated and run down. I did not even use the shower…. there was hair on floor and barely any toilet paper. There was tissue stuffed in between the door knob when I first entered the room, I dont know why and I didn't want to touch it but found that weird. Clearly the house keepers did not seem to want to do their job with this room. One of the bed’s sheets were ripped and we even questioned if they were even changed. Also, I don’t know if this is a Boston thing since I came from out of state and not sure if it’s normal out there but there were rats all over the premises. This place was simply not it and very disappointing.
One positive thing I can say is the person at check in was very friendly and kind.
