Hotel is located in a great part of Boston and very convenient to airport and sights. We had an issue with the heat in the room and stag was very responsive and immediately checked on the heating unit - it couldn’t be fixed, so they moved us to another room very quickly. All staff were professional and very pleasant!

Staff was nice, Internet worked well, great hot water, and clean bedding. However, the shower did have some mold on the edges, which could've used some deep cleaning. A/C worked well and complimentary water bottles in lobby was a plus. Our hotel view was not the best. We requested city view and paid for early arrival. We were told we were going to get city view, however, we ended up getting a room with a back alley view to pipes, heating and air conditioning units. But did not hear any city noise. Area is very central. However, the surrounding area at night can get a little noisy and rowdy at night with seedy characters, especially during special events and at the Quincy Market area. We did see some police activity in the area and even 3 people being arrested on the backside of the hotel. As a single female traveler, I will probably not stay at this location again. But overall we had a pleasant time.
