"The main plus was the extreme cleanliness of the room. That said, it was a bit worn down and the air conditioning was so loud it was hard to talk or sleep in our room. The pool was tiny (max capacity of 5) and cold, so we only ended up using it for a few minutes. The staff we encountered were friendly. The breakfast was as expected."

"We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. "They tried to charge my card ELEVEN different times for $50 and they successfully got one of those transactions to go through. I’ve spoken to the manager and the MULTIPLE clerks at the desk. I asked for an itemized sheet when I checked out, they didn’t email it as promise. I have about $200 that they have of mine that I’ve still not gotten back.
The pillows and the floor were covered in blood. It was so much easier to throw everything to the side instead of trying to get help.

"Took half hour to check in- no line. Not helpful or friendly staff. Contacted them a few times before explaining I wanted to park & shuttle. Then learned it was $15 a night. Guy at desk not at all polite just shrugged his shoulders kind of remarks. I wasn’t angry, just surprised & disappointed.
Returning I was on hold for an hour til they answered the front desk phone to let them know I needed a shuttle to the hotel. I am now waiting."
