"We had a great stay overall, and the staff was very nice and accommodating throughout our visit.
The main issue involved the air conditioning in our room upon arrival. When we initially couldn’t get the temperature lower, we were told the system was controlled by the front desk and that they would adjust it remotely. After waiting about an hour with no improvement, we called again and someone came to the room to make adjustments on site. When that still didn’t resolve the issue, another staff member came to inspect it further and eventually discovered the unit was never actually turning on in the first place and was broken the entire time.
After several trips back and forth over the course of many hours, we ultimately had to move to another room. I understand that things happen, but it was frustrating after already unpacking, and you would think the room systems would be checked prior to assigning the room to guests.
The other downside was the gym, which is extremely minimal. It would be nice to see the hotel invest a bit more into the fitness area, even if it’s just adding some basic universal equipment to make it more functional. Other than those small issues it's a great location, clean and the staff was very nice."
