Being my 3rd time here I was hoping for a friendlier experience. With the staff there was no connection even though I tried to open a dialogue with a gentleman at the front desk. The room is full of character and location could not be better. The room and bedding were very clean just keep in mind the building is old with beams and gorgeous but suitcases can be heavy climbing the stairs. Very nice buffet.
