"I love this property! Everything was so well done from check-in to check-out. We chose to have dinner in the restaurant. It was my husband's birthday and I wanted something nice. I chose the sirloin steak with a baked potato and my husband had the pork tenderloin. So much flavor and nicely presented. Our server was wonderful. The room was so lovely and beautifully appointed. It contained all the things we would need to be comfortable. The bed was one of the best I have slept in in a long time. The property is so quiet and peaceful. We went back to the restaurant in the morning to enjoy breakfast, which is included in the price. If you want a good, hearty breakfast you will find it here! Our stay was only overnight but I would like to visit the area again and will book here again!"
"If you need a clean, quiet place to sleep, this hotel works well. There are very few amenities. There's no breakfast and the town is so small it was hard to find anything to eat in the morning. The evening meal at a nearby restaurant was excellent. TV was only available if you sign into your own provider. That took a while to figure out. There are no written instructions ."
"Room was nice and clean. Communications about the access code was great. Unfortunately, we were in the 1st floor right next to the shared kitchen/dining area and we could hear people using the kitchen and talking. Similarly, every time the people above us walked around, we hear creaking noise in our room. The people were being respectful and keeping things down but the walls/floors are just not “sound proof” enough. Maybe being in the 2nd floor would be different. Lastly, our door needed quite a bit of force to close due to the latch not seated properly on the door and hitting the strike plate tightly. So it cause a loud “bang” every time we closed the door."
"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Capitol Reef Resort. Easy check-in, helpful staff, room was ready and clean upon arrival. Conveniently located in proximity to the park and other restaurants. And enjoyed the jacuzzi after several days of good hiking. All-in-all, very good - hope to return again sometime in the future."
"I wish they had an in-room coffee maker. But the room was clean and had a great view. If you get there early enough you can request what side you want. Since the one they gave me was not the one I liked they ought to give me a better view"
"Adorable tiny house with nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning was much appreciated. Quiet place to stay. Very nice staff."
"Cabins were nice and large on the inside. There is laundry facilities behind the General Store which is within the complex. A food truck serving hamburgers is excellent and many of the locals come to enjoy it. The staff were helpful and personable."
