Nice little hotel. Lots of work was going on when we was there and a strong smell of sewage in the area made it unpleasant in the room

The property is nice and very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great overlooking the marina and within a walking distance to the beach, the towns shops and the supermarket. We parked for free nearby opposite a nice bakery only 2 minutes walk to the hotel, we could see our car from the balcony. The bakery is a plus as it opens very early in the morning and sells bread, pastries, sandwiches and pizza so great for buying meals.

We turned up and it was a building site with no footpaths or clear parking. Signage was appalling so we didn’t know where to go. It was not clear that this was the case when booking, and it was not appropriate for a young family, so we left for an earlier train home. We have requested a refund but have not received anything from Evancy yet.

Très bien !
Très agréable, propre, pratique. Rien à redire si ce n'est le matelas un peu trop mou. Pas facile non plus d'entrer dans la douche et de refermer la porte (assez étroit) Mais dans l'ensemble c'est très bien ! J'y retournerai.

Great location, with underground parking available, quite new building, friendly staff. Nice big apartments, great for families. BUT the mattress quality is poor - which makes for an uncomfortable sleep.

Clean and comfortable with all kitchen amenities. Over large round table and six chairs. A ceiling light hangs at head height in the middle the lounge. We tied it up. Nice balcony and view. Unable to open bedroom windows, so when it is warm the rooms are very hot. Would advise taking fan, as no aircon in apartment. Very limited clothes storage & hanging wardrobe is either side of the bedhead!!!!! Accommodation comfortable for 2 people.

Arrivée vendredi 15h, accueil excellent, rien à dire sur la propreté, matériel de nettoyage à disposition pendant le séjour, studio confortable 4 personnes, pratique, cuisine super équipée avec lave-vaisselle pour cuisiner le poisson frais du jour sur le marché aux poissons à 2 pas, ville à 2 pas, promenades en bateau possible tout près, nombreuses visites à proximité, possibilité d'embarquer vos toutous à l'hôtel, parking ombragé au sous-sol, sécurité codes chambre, parking, bâtiment, balcon avec super vue sur le port et le beffroi, chambres petites et un peu à l'étroit, laisser les portes de la baie vitrée ouvertes la nuit car manque d'aération ou pas de clim. mais ventilateur sur place. (hôtel en phase d'aménagement mais en très bonne voie). Complexe commercial pas loin. Nausicaa, Le Touquet Paris-plage, Wimereux et son marché, les 2 caps, la pointe du Hourdel et Saint-Valery avec les phoques sur la baie de Somme en soirée à marée basse à partir de 19h pour les apercevoir, séjour très bien en général pour le prix. Prévoir 10 euros par jour en plus pour le parking, et par animal qui accompagne, d'autres services sur places, il ne manque vraiment de rien. Un tout grand Merci II au personnel qui nous a accueilli et qui entretiennent l'hôtel, nous reviendrons.!

Op zich een mooie locatie met mooi uitzicht en groot balkon. Keuken prima. Bed te smal (140 cm) en voor ons te kort (190 cm). Met raam open slapen is geen succes i.v.m. geluidsoverlast van de omgeving. Slaapkamer warm…zelfs zonder dekbed. Badkamer was middelmatig. Onhandige indeling wastafel en douchedeuren. Slechte ventilatie van badkamer. Minpunt van het appartement is tevens dat je geen van de ramen of balkondeuren vast kunt zetten of op kiepstand kan zetten. Personeel van Evancy was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
