"I booked this hotel for 1 night. I paid in advance and even received a confirmation number. However, after driving down from Savannah, GA with 2 kids (10 and 8), I was refused the room I had already paid for. I was told when I got there that they don't do 1 night stays, only 2 or more. This so called policy was not on their website and I was allowed to reserve the room for only 1 night. I told them about nothing being on their website and asked why was the 1 night reservation an option if that's the case!! Instead of fixing their screw up and honoring my reservation (especially after a long drive with kids), they refunded my money and wouldn't allow us to stay. Glad I was refunded but the bigger issue was then having to drive around from hotel to hotel looking for a vacancy. I didn't find another hotel until almost midnight!! This hotel and management is absolutely trash for several reasons! -Not having the policy on the website! -Allowing single nights to be reserved! -Not informing the customer immediately after booking. -Waiting untill I got there to inform me of this non-existent policy! -Not honoring my paid reservation when it was their fault. -Sending me out without a care in the world to find another hotel well after 10 pm with 2 kids. "
