I went to the front desk several times to ask if they could stop it but I was told that they “couldn’t knock on every single door”. I asked to be moved to another floor but was denied. The only solution they offered me was some air freshener? This is supposed to be a 100% smoke free hotel, yet I had to spend the weekend breathing heavy second hand smoke because the hotel management refused to enforce the rules. "

"This hotel was very clean, smelled wonderful, the staff was kind and informative, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good with many selections. The only odd was the placement of the frig next to the door. My son came through the door at the same time his dad was getting into frig and well, dad saw some stars for a few minutes. "

"Room was ok. Not very clean. Found pills on the floor near the door. Toilet was very small and low to the floor. You had to go in the bathroom completely in order to shut the bathroom door. The breakfast was awful. No milk. No liquid creamer for coffee. No fruit. OJ was Sunny D. Could not take anything (food) back to your room. Waste of time and money. Nice location. "
