"Was told to call for aiport shuttle when we got to the airport. Called over and over again and let it ring for up to six minutes each time and no one answered. Finally a guy answered and we got the shuttle. When we checked in, he asked if we needed the morning shuttle, we said yes and he confirmed that we should be in the lobby for 4:30. The guestroom hallways and elevators look like they are falling apart. My balcony door was broken and wouldn't open smoothly or lock properly. There was a musty smell in the room."
