"We went for a girls trip on Memorial Day weekend the four of us. Looking at the website, we felt like this would be an excellent four star hotel.
We got a room that had a balcony. The balcony was great. It was spacious and worth the extra cost except it had two like two person bed loungers, and one of them had no cushions on them so we could not use it.
Not so bad so far, but then we go down to the pool and the hot tub was out of order… we’re still trying to stay positive at this point. So we decide to go outside and sit around one of them many fire pits they have. It was raining earlier in the day, but it was no longer raining or thundering. Weather was fine yet we were told that they’re not allowed to light the fire pits because of the weather.
So then we decide to play cards in the lobby. Then all the firemen come in and the fire chief because a set of the elevators were not working. Thankfully, they got one set working so we didn’t have to go up five flights of stairs.
Maybe one issue would’ve been fine but one after the other after the other, just got to be a bit much and I didn’t feel it was worth the $200 a night stay in addition to a $21 resort fee fee. I would not stay here again."
