Positives:
Location next to a forest which is perfect for dog walks.
I received a room upgrade, which was a nice touch.
Negatives:
The spa area did not feel very hygienic. If you only plan to use the sauna it might be fine but I wouldn’t recommend the rest.
The hotel is a bit further from the center and ski lifts. It’s not far but you definitely notice it when carrying heavy luggage or skis.
Breakfast had quite limited options, with no warm food available (unless you boil eggs yourself).
Staff were generally helpful, although I had one strange experience where they refused to provide fresh towels on one day for no reason.
There is no elevator, so you will need to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs yourself.
Overall:
Overall, I would say the hotel is suitable if you have fairly standard requirements. However, if you have more specific needs (e.g. traveling with dogs, children, or requiring early check-in), I would not recommend.
