Hotel sky-in, aky-out, bem localizado. O atendimento de balcão acontece apenas algumas horas do dia ( tomar cuidado, pois quando chegar a recepção pode estar fechada ). Devido a política de sustentabilidade o hotel não limpa os quartos diariamente, muito menos tem troca de toalhas diariamente. Durante minha estadia de 5 dias, não houve troca de toalhas. O principal ponto negativo é a comida! Hotel oferece pensão completa, porém a qualidade e a variedade da comida não é boa. Comida sem tempero, sem personalidade, sem variedade…..

Club un peu vieillissant ! Personnel plus ou moins sympathique ! Pension complète assez moyenne. Horaire de repas vraiment trop court ! 19 a 21h maxi ! A 21h tous les plats sont supprimés et on vous presse à finir ! On est tout de même vacances et 21h30 voir 22h serait souhaitable. Trop de personnes en même temps au spa, du coup il faut attendre pour accéder au sauna ou au jacuzzi à moins d’être arriver le 1er au rendez-vous fixé. Au final un peu cher pour la qualité des prestations

Fabulous family ski holiday

Stayed here for a group of family / friends ski holiday . It was perfect for our needs . Very convenient for ski lifts, ski school , ski rental etc. Excellent choice of food to suit all taste buds ! We all thoroughly enjoyed the holiday , second time for us to use the MMV chain of hotels for a ski holiday , highly recommend for excellent value for money .

Would recommend - great Christmas & skiing trip!

Our first Christmas & skiing holiday away from home and it was great! Beautiful place (make sure you have chains in winter), delicious food with a lot of choices, very clean and comfortable rooms, 2-3 min walk to the slopes, loads of attractions for kids or teens available. Small misunderstanding about the parking (their car park will only accommodate cars with a max 1.9m hight) but about 10 min away there are indoor car parks where you can get taller cars in (worth to pre-book as limited spaces - we ware lucky). Small issue - not many English translated information within the hotel but Google Translator has helped :) We would like to spend another Christmas or New Year over there again :)

Good food, rather noisy and overall ok

A typically French set up with a definite family focus - we had an enjoyable stay but I would not return. The location is good, close to the slopes at Arc 2000, but the downside is there is a nightclub not far from the bedroom windows on the main side - we were often woken at 3/4/5am and when we asked reception if we could move to a quieter room the response was I can move you but the piste bashers will be coming at 4am tomorrow morning on the other side as there had been a lot of snow. Food was actually excellent and we didn't always use the full board service as we were meeting friends across the resort. Breakfast and dinner were the stand out although the wine on tap feature was odd but we got used to it. Room was comfortable if a little small given how much we were paying so I don't think this stay represented good value for money.

Helt okej!

Fräscha rum, relativt nyrenoverat, men städningen var sisådär. Jag hittade flera skräp runt om i rummet, på hyllor, bakom dörrar osv. Dom verkar bara dammsuga gången man går på. Inget annat. Det finns inte heller någon ventilation i rummet, det blev imma & var kvavt. Wifi:t var klockrent! Bra förvaring i hallen. Spa-avdelningen hade sett bättre dagar, saker föll isär. Och rummet för skidutrustning var alldeles för litet och trångt med tanke på hur många människor som vistades där. Om än riktigt smart med möjlighet för fastlåsning av skidor. Hotellet ligger högst upp i byn vilket gör att man måste gå upp för en trappa för att ta sig dit, inte riktigt ski-in, ski-out, men nära nog! Fantastiska vyer från alla fönster! Maten var också helt underbar. Dom tillagade speciella smårätter varje kväll förutom den mycket varierande buffé man fick ta del av. Det fanns ostbricka och dessertbord till alla måltider. Har nog aldrig ätit så mycket förr! Ingen kan engelska & ingenting står på engelska, så man fick gissa sig till vad som gällde på hotellet. Vi fick tex inte lunch en dag för att vi gick in med pjäxor på restaurangen, vilken man tydligen inte fick.. på ett skidhotell... På avresedagen hade vi blivit lovade att frukosten skulle öppna 4 på morgonen. Vi fick skämmas rejält när personalen undrade vad fan vi höll på med då restaurangen inte var öppen fast vi var där & åt. Det är mest utsikten & maten som gör att jag ger hotellet ett någorlunda högt betyg då det fanns många störomoment!

Отлично отдохнули!

Брали полный пансион. Полностью себя оправдало. Для большой компании с детьми - идеально. Кормят вкусно, были устрицы, мидии, раклет и многое другое. Вино включено с обеда. Недостаток один - с лыжами приходиться идти около 50 метров. На Арк-1950 практически в каждый отель можно въехать и выехать прямо на лыжах.

Perfect location

All staff very pleasant and helpful. Good variety of food and good wine included for lunch and dinner. Only problem was that we had to ask several times for cups, glasses and tea bags at breakfast as they kept running out, however it was a busy time in the school half term. Perfect location for skiing and the whole family had an enjoyable time and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Service déplorable

Très mauvaise impression. Notre chambre sentait les toilettes, c'était affreux. On nous a promis à 2 reprises la venue d'un technicien, en vain.Durant tout notre séjour, la chambre n'a pas été faite une seule fois, pas de change de draps ni de serviettes, ni même poubelles vidées.

Very disappointing

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and were terribly disappointed. We did not get a room with a balcony as advertised, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, border lining on rude. The spa is closed on Saturdays and needs to be booked in advanced, lots of broken apparatus. The price premium is for the location which is excellent on the pistes, not for the quality of service. I recommend splashing out a bit more and going to Les Arcs 1950.

The hotel is well situated at Arc 2000, easy to reach from the bus stop via an elevator, and no noisy bar life outside. It´s not ski in/out but almost; you walk across a yard maybe 50 meters, and down some stairs, and then you are at the start of a small slope, and also at the upper end of a magic carpet that takes you back from the slopes. There is a room for skis and skiboots; no lockers but a lockable rack for skis and just plain shelves for boots. The hotel room was nice, comfortable and clean. Only thing that really bugs me is the lack of _any_ shelves in the bathroom; toiletries had to be kept on the side of the sink, and cleaner had to shuffle them around every day. Buffet lunch and dinner had an extremely varied quality; sometimes the food was almost inedible, sometimes quite good. Staff seemed to be a bit lost, almost as if the reception was manned only by trainees. Also very strange and annoying is that the reception is closed 5 days a week from 2 pm to 4.30 pm.
