"Nous savons parfaitement adapter nos attentes d’un hébergement selon la catégorie d’hotel: on prend donc bien compte du fait que c’est un 2 étoiles pour notre évaluation. L’accueil et la sympathie du personnel est indéniablement au top. Le parking inclus est bien pratique. En revanche, rien n’excuse que l’on n’obtienne pas la classe supérieure de chambre pour laquelle nous avons payé un supplément. "For such a nice hotel, it was missing basic room items such as a coffee or tea kettle, no clothing iron and room was not sufficiently cool enough. To help conserve electricity there were sensors that would turn on hallway and stair lights, a little creepy if single female walking alone day or night. I really appreciate friendly service (smile) and felt a little lacking from front desk. Yes I’m an American that only speaks English but still a respectful paying customer that tips for service....

"Alles krijgt geen 5 sterren omdat het hotel nog niet af is en het personeel iets beter Engels mag leren spreken. Het hotel is verder netjes en zeker in verhouding tot de prijs. Als de werklui doorgaan zo wordt het een mooi hotel met Bulgaarse afwerkkwaliteit. Het hotel zit dicht genoeg in het centrum om er zo heen te rijden met de taxi. Ook The Sea Garden is om de hoek. "This hotel charges too much money for what you get. Two of the receptionists we spoke with were pretty rude. The room was spacious but lucking in basic amenities like a kettle, tea and coffee, and drinking water (obviously no fridge). The doors were not fire doors and quite flimsy. One pillow each. Curtains didn't block out much light. Shower at the wrong time and you won't have any hot water. Breakfast was only okay."

"This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach."

"What a wonderful place. I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. Check in was smooth, staff was kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean with all the amenities. They have a pool and restaurant. This hotel is 100m walk from the main bus line which has frequent buses to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar (3 stops). If you want to stay close enough to the action but far enough from the craziness of Sunny Beach this hotel is a fantastic option. If I go back to Sunny Beach, I...
