"March 20-22 was our third stay at Alt Hotel Brossard. The staff here are exceptional. Friendly, fluently bilingual and willing to help with whatever you need. Example my husband needed a seat for the shower due to a mobility issue and it was accommodated. The hotel room is quite small, night table on only one side which can be inconvenient. Shower stall is also quite small. Just things to consider when booking but would recommend otherwise"

"Superbe hôtel. Quelques restaurants à proximité. Café Nespresso dans la chambre, très apprécié. Quelques tisanes pour le soir seraient les bienvenues. Le personnel est aux petits soins. "Maid service was great, daily and on time, adjusted to our schedule. Front desk and concierge friendly, patient with my sub-par French. Our TV broke one morning and the repair person was there immediately to fix it. Very pleased with excellent service. Daily breakfast was good in clean, pleasant setting. The hard boiled eggs are already peeled. Pool and workout room clean, plenty of towels. We were pleased with this accomodation "

"The rooms were excellent. Well decorated and comfortable beds. Parking is free, just have to walk a bit but all underground. You take an elevator up one floor to the lobby, then you take another elevator to your room. I would stay there again."

"Internet sucked. Other than that a great experience. Pool was warm and clean. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they were at our room within minutes. Kids forgot their tooth brushes and the front desk had spare ones. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Let us check-in 2 hours early. When we mentioned we were there for the biodome etc they provided useful information. Overall a great experience"
