"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. As saídas de água do chuveiro estavam quase todas entupidas, mas falamos na recepção e o problema foi prontamente resolvido pelo Jonatan, que também nos recebeu quando chegamos. Muito simpático. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Nossos pets foram muito bem recebidos. Creio que para o que o Hotel oferece, o valor da diária esteja um pouco elevado. "
