Great hotels are made by great staff and the Pullman certainly have great staff nothing is too much and you feel at home and appreciated from the moment you arrive

My family and I always stay at the Pullman whenever we have connection flights at Guarulhos International Airport. For us, it is always the best option and they are pet friendly.

Rooms and commons spaces are quiet, new, and clean. Location near the airport is good for an overnight. Staff are helpful. A few hiccups: Shuttle difficult to find on arrival to airport, despite speaking to hotel staff. Elevators complicated and slow, not working etc . Key stopped working twice.

Great hotel to stay over for flight. Excellent bar and restaurant. Very convenient to GRU. Staff spoke English well. Just be prepared that there is nothing around the hotel. Shuttle to airport was nice

Most hotels are very much the same type of structure rooms and facilities so the difference is made by the staff and this hotel has the staff that make such a great difference from the moment we arrived and greeted by Muriel to the moment we left the staff made us feel appreciated.
