"The staff was friendly, accommodation was very nice, excellent breakfast, and location very convenient. I may be a bit old-fashioned but the use of ‘Du’ instead of ‘Sie’ required a bit of and adjustment. Perhaps as a suggestion for improvement. The parking garage entrance could be marked a bit more clearly from the street. My wife had an ankle injury (fractured her fibula) and at arrival it was not quite obvious where the elevator was so she had to climb a few stairs. It also would be nice if there would be water refilling stations offered on the floors - quite a few hotels offer that."

"No hot water boiler, no coffee machine in the room. They only have some hot water in the lobby but ran out most of the time, and when asked for more hot water, the front desk guy (Asian Looking guy) refused to provide and said the hot water/tea is only offered two cups a day, and then said only intended for check-in welcoming. Come on, no hot water in the room, and limited hot water in the lobby and unfriendly conversations. Definitely not recommend this place. Breakfast staff are friendly, and breakfast items are all good. Just the front desk guy who does not know how to make customers happy."

"Friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast quite good. Overall a very good hotel. I would recommend it for visitors to Göttingen. It is located within a short distance to the train station, and short walk to the centre of the town. "

"What can I say? Everything perfect - nothing to add. A highlight is definitely the spa area and also the salt water pools. Also, the dinner was the best dinner I have ever had in Germany."
