"The cutest cabin ever. The ONLY complaint I have is that my hot water ran cold after a bit but a lil cold plunge never hurt nobody! Amazing little cabin and the heater was sometimes too hot at times! Great place to stay if you’re looking for that cozy feel. Would be a great place for a romantic getaway! "

"Wonderful stay in the heart of Downtown Banff. We were disappointed the Moose Lodge was booked and got two rooms at the Ptarmigan which did NOT disappoint! Found out their sister hotels and we were delighted by very friendly staff, clean hotel and a very comfortable stay. We would stay again. I also enjoyed the close proximity to everything; it was beyond perfect over NYE. The meatball and pasta restaurant was surprisingly good and fresh; I was surprised bc it was unexpected. "The room was very clean and staffs were very friendly. The most impressive part was the tv was smart tv which it’s very hard to find in Banff when you stay. The bed was very comfortable and underground parking was very well maintained. There is IGA grocery store right beside of the hotel so very convenient. "

"A quintessential mountain lodge complete with wood burning fireplace (logs included), hot tub and very good on site restaurant and lounge. Great quiet location on Tunnel Mountain but still within walking distance to the town. Friendly staff as well. "

"The overall hotel and spa was lovely. Only thing that wasn’t ideal was that our room wasn’t quite ready upon arrival but we were able to still check in and received a text once it was ready to go. We then had to wait in a long line a second time to finish off the check in process which seemed counter productive. The rooms are starting to look a little tired if you look closely but overall I would highly recommend. The Rundle Bar has great light fare options and is a really nice vibe. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise! What a fabulous stay and gorgeous scenery! The breakfast buffet wasn’t included in our rate, but I’d recommend it 100%. Basin Glacial Waters was a special treat and so worth it! We didn’t want to leave this magical place! "
