"I had a terrible experience. Check in took forever. My room was double booked, while we were in the room, someone else ( a different guest) walked in my room. Apparently, the front desk gave them our room, while we had just arrived not even 20 minutes after. Later, we left to get dinner, we tried to go in our room and our keys didn’t work. Nice Hotel overall, but i personally had a terrible experience. Oh…and room service knocked at our door way too early asking if we needed service."

" The air conditioner had a loud"white noise" sound and we were told there were no other king bed rooms..so we had to live with it."

"The sofa bed is so worn and very uncomfortable. Needed towels, asked the front desk clerk at 8am, she said had to wait until 8:30…..asked again at 9:30, she said not ready they will bring to the room…..checked out at 10:30 and still did not receive the towels. The front desk clerk was somewhat rude when I asked for change to use the washer and dryer….said you can try across the street. The breakfast staff was very polite and friendly. "

"Unfortunately they hold the deposit for the room and exceptionally long time. The stay was for 7 days ago and the $200 is still pending on my account. Completely unacceptable and I will not be booking this brand of hotels again. "

"Avoid this place! Halway carpet smelled like rotten milk and dead fish. Non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes, old food, and used cooking oil. They wanted to charge us for shampoo and soap until I asked for the written policy and the clerk called the manager. "
