I had a two night stay. I did not stay the second night and was not refunded any money because that is their policy although it is not their policy to provide smoke free rooms despite the false advertising. Room was nice but travelers should understand this is Hilton’s minimalist hotel venture. For instance, No closet or coffee maker, but there was a mini fridge. Staff did not seem well trained to deal with problems either. The tv in my room did not work but the girl at front desk had no idea what to do about it. She said there was no one to call for...
