"The hotel looked nice, but when we got there every amenity was closed from the pool, spa, and resteraunt. Our spa appointments were canceled days away from our stay due to the masseuse leaving for the weekend. Our room was stated to have a hot tub, but it was just a bathtub with jets, and there was hair in the tub and stains on the curtain. Debris also came out when we turned on the tub faucet. "I called the front desk multiple times between 10:45pm and 2am about a party in the room next door. They never helped stop the noise which was incredibly loud and prevented us from sleeping much of the night. Party eventually stopped on its own at 4am. "

"Room was not clean and the shampoo body washes were empty. No room service and was told to find and get it yourself. Food for purchase was molded and then was told that it has been there for weeks after purchase and no refund. I need tissues and toilet paper never was given. Had to go out and purchase everything elsewhere. Angry"

"We reserved a regular room and were given a smoking room. The attendant told us it was the last room. Therefore, they didn't respect our reservation as they gave our room away to someone else. The bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was chipped and the handle on the faucet on the sink was broken. There wasn't even a hair dryer."
