"My wife and I booked this hotel online it looked decent from the pictures but when we checked in and went to our room it was not what we expected. The room was filthy the shower had water in it the bed had black marks on the sheets the ceiling in the shower had mold and brown stuff on the ceiling, which is very visual if you were cleaning you would have seen this. And only the rooms is because I know they really nice rooms here I've personally seen them but it's like the staff stereotype and judge their customers who spend their money with them and still purposely chooses to put them in a horrible room and when asked to change it gets worse.
