"It was clean. The kitchen was nice"

"Hotel itself and staff provided all that could be expected for the age of the building. Breakfast provided was excellent. Major drawback was the limitations in access to/from hotel due to severe constriction of travel on Rte 18 facing facility. Road work may extend more than 12 additional months. This situation makes going out to find a restaurant or such very difficult."

"Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 PM checkout time. We were tired from long drive and had to attend function at 6:00 and staff wasn’t ready to give alternate room. Had to wait. Also, retained $20 for incidental but didn’t explain. "

"I have been to this property several times, and it has not disappointed. The room was clean and well-appointed. While my wife attended a conference, I had a fine breakfast at the on-site restaurant and stayed to work in a peaceful, quiet area away from the noise of the ongoing event. Staff were helpful and friendly from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the fine servers in the restaurant, Marleny and Sarah. Thanks to everyone. "

"Everything was great overall, but I was disappointed by an experience I had last night. After returning from dinner, I stopped by to grab an alcoholic beverage to enjoy in my room. The two women working were initially helping another guest, so I waited patiently nearby by the little store area. However, even after they finished assisting that guest, neither acknowledged or offered to help me, despite me standing right there. I ultimately left without purchasing anything. "Loved the entire property. Beautiful, Clean the evening guest reception was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful. The only issue we experienced, that was negative was, a group of young dancers stayed over our final weekend, and we're running each level and pounding on doors for several hours each night and counter staff did absolutely nothing to stop them. They were loud and rude with ZERO oversight."
