"rooms don't have microwaves and only has one in the hallway for everyone to use. The mini fridge is used and doesn't keep the food cold or have a freezer section like most small fridges. When checking out the staff member asked me to wait in the lobby while they went upstairs to check the room for some reason. (This was at 5:30 am and waited 7-10 minutes) The other 2 guests behind me were able to checkout with no inspection. I've stayed there twice and the last time it was baby...

"I asked staff if they knew where the AYSO national office was located, since many of us were booked and some by a block to attend some trainings, they had no idea the office is located next door to the right. They should be aware of reservation blocks and what events are happening. Also, most annoying part was when I was running late "
