"It was a nice stay, room clean. Observation: Room has a small kitchen, but any utensils to use. Shower water cold and hot was backward. For one night stay, it was nice, quiet."

"Probably one of the best inclusive breakfasts We’ve had from a hotel like this. It was convenient to supermarket, restaurants and other stores. It was an excellent experience staying there. "

"Maintenance guys woke me up in the morning. They wanted to service AC unit in every room. Everyone on the floor was pissed. Apparently, They just couldn't wait until everyone is checked out."

"Bean was nasty and told another customer he would trespass her if she didnt give a $50 deposit on a credit card. She had a debit card only. This hotel was in a seedy area; Bartow is just not a nice town. We had to stay there because of a booking error with the Best Western which was at capacity. There were no other options but this hotel. Hotel 'guests' were sketchy. Drug deals and prostitutes hanging around outside. Smelled like marijuana. the next door room was shouting all night long. Could also hear the train and highway. Walls are paper thin. No toilet seat. 2 small towels provided the size of hand towels. door was rusted. small tv and wifi didnt work. this is the type of hotel johns rent by the hour for hookers. just gross."

"There was a lot going on outside the rooms. People hanging out. The room was clean but it needed a few repairs. "
