"The shower didn’t work. The water wouldn’t come out of the shower head very disappointed. We didn’t realize this until the next day when everybody had to get up and have showers in the morning ruined everything no one could have a nice clean shower.."

"The place was very dirty. The walls, the lobby, the courtyard, the elevator and especially my room. The floors were filthy. The bathroom was very old and not very clean. The towels were questionable. I didn’t shower or bath there, nor did I attend their happy hour or free breakfast. If it weren’t such a quick 24 hour trip, I would have left and gone somewhere else. I can’t believe that this place is located in Cupertino, across the street from Apples headquarters."

"Quiet hotel along El Camino Real. Close access to lots of restaurants in Korean Town. Easy parking. Front desk staff is nice and friendly. There are microwave, fridge hairdryer, coffee machine in the room. The fire alarm and CO detector on the ceiling of my room was missing. They can buy one from HomeDepot and install it in 5 minutes. I reported this issue to the front desk. However, until I left, no one came to fix this potential life-threatening issue."
