"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "Het communiceren met het personeel middels het hologram is verschrikkelijk. Ik begrijp niet zo goed waarom er niet op gezette tijden een fysiek persoon op een fysieke locatie aanwezig kan zijn. Het personeel was overigens vriendelijk en welwillend. Er was ook een fout gemaakt bij het opmaken van de bedden (te weinig). Dat werd rechtgezet. De kamer (driepersoons-) was verder prima."

"The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!"

"Top locatie, goed parkeren, vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt. De kamer en de voorzieningen vallen wél tegen in verhouding tot de kosten voor een nacht. Geen gewichten bij de fitness, een doucheputje dat het water erg slecht af voert, kamer naast de lift zorgt voor irritant geluid en af en toe komt een rioollucht voorbij. "

"We hadden een deluxe kamer geboekt in dit leuke hotel en het is zeker een aanrader. Het zelf-inchecken ging heel makkelijk en de kamer was goed te vinden. Je merkt wel dat de kamer al een tijdje meegaat door de schade aan de kozijnen en de verzakking (vanaf het raam naar de deur liep het naar beneden af). Een ander soort verzakking was te vinden in het bed, waar in het midden deze was doorgezakt. Nog een laatste aandachtspunt om mee te geven, bij aankomst was de kamer heel warm (27 graden). De...

"We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!"
