"This Quality Inn was in terrible external condition. Rust was seen everywhere outside. Needs a complete exterior overhaul. The two rooms we went into smelled very bad and as a result we decided to not stay at this hotel and found another one instead."

"Room had a bad smell. Air conditioner would not stay on to cool the room. Shower faucet was broken loose from the wall and leaked constantly. And no hot water for a shower in the morning. Toilet seat would not stay on the toilet. Bed mattress was very thin and full of springs that squeaked. Pillows were shredded foam. I agreed to a price for the room on hotels.com, but when I got to the hotel to pay the price was much higher and there was a $50 “damage” deposit added on extra; as if I could damage a room like that. It looked to me like rooms were rented by the week or longer. There is no way I could recommend this motel."

"The staff came in and changed the towels out when we were not there. When they were in the room they turned off the AC and all the lights we had left for the day and did not get back till late at night. Other than that the room was nice and it was easy to check in and out."
